I always used the highest premium fuel and this costs about 50 to 60 cents extra per gallon over regular. I have vetted the tabs in my personal Ford F-150, a big 6 with twin turbos. Driving moderately agressive, I have seen a 21% improvement, however when I modified how I drive, it is even better. To put things in a real-world perspective, I used to go about 660 miles per tank, but now with Fuel Tabs, I recently was able to go 815 miles.
The coloser for me was when we fuled up my 28' Kevlacat fishing boat with twin 250 hp outboard motors after a 12 hour day trip 85 miles offshore. After adding Green Fuel Tabs, I only put 126 gallons in the tank rather than the typical 160 to 180 gallons.
